Requesting Help with a Website Problem If you have a problem with your website, first report it to your Agency's website manager, who may be able to solve it. You should also post it on the Digital Commons Ninjas Team site. When the website manager reports a problem to the Digital Solutions group, they should provide as much information as possible: Please describe the issue in as detailed a manner as possible. (I was doing ____, when ____ happened, and I expected ______ to happen). Is the issue happening only on a specific node? (please provide URL) Is the issue happening only on a specific content type (or band, block, etc.)? What browser/version are you using? What operating system are you using? Are you on the state network? Are other users in your agency able to replicate the problem? Is the problem occurring only with specific users or user roles? If your agency has more than one site, is it happening on all of them? If you can include screenshots, that is also very helpful.
