Accessing Your Site Map Info

November 6, 2019
Screen capture of the Microsoft Teams page

Author: Elena Talanker

You will need to log into Microsoft Teams. If you don't have access you may need help from a Sharepoint Administrator.

Once logged in find Digital Commons Content Ninjas, select the General tab in left column, then find the Files tab across the top. Find your agency's folder.

A screenshot of the Digital Commons Content Ninjas Microsoft Teams site.

In the folder there are results of your website latest crawl, with color coded SiteMap, Google Analytics for 2018-2019. Also in the folder you will find instructions on how to use this information.

You will see conversation occuring in the General tab. We have set this up as a place to have conversations about Digital Commons. Please feel free to ask, and answer questions!
