We all want digital services that are easy to use, welcoming, and work for everyone. That’s why the State of North Carolina is excited to introduce the Digital Accessibility and Usability Support Service—a new resource available to all state agencies, departments, and organizations.
This service is here to help you build, maintain, and improve websites, applications, and digital services so they’re not only more user-friendly, but also compliant with accessibility standards. And with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Title II rule requiring state and local government websites, applications, and digital services to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA by April 2026, agencies must move quickly.
