What is Monsido?
Monsido is a web governance tool that scans your public facing website on a regular basis for issues related to accessibility, search engine optimization (SEO), and content quality. It provides a comprehensive report that highlights the areas that need improvement. The report includes detailed information on each issue, including the page on which it was found, the severity of the issue, and tips on how to fix it.
Benefits of using Monsido

6. On-boarding
Our Digital Services team is on-boarding this powerful resource now and will roll it out in stages over the next few months to various agencies. Our team will have access to all NC agency websites so we can assist. Each agency's web manager will have an "Administrator" role in Monsido allowing them to quickly identify issues and provide guidance on how to resolve them.
The following websites were selected for Pilot testing of the tool and will help us identify the best approach for the state-wide rollout:
