Videos on Events
Much like the Blog and Press Release content types can include a Main Video over the Main Image and additional Video Cards along the bottom, we have added this feature by request to the Event content type.
Why was this change requested? Users in our community track upcoming meetings and agendas using the Event content type. After the Event drops to the Past Events view, they like adding meeting minutes and recordings to the Event for people to access if they were unable to attend the meeting.
Updates & Fixes
Media Library Improvement
We have been iterating improvements to the user's view of the Media Library when selecting an image to upload. Over time we have consolidated space to make images more readily visible, but it has yielded varying results on different monitor settings. We have worked to make the user experience consistent for our user community.
Work in Progress
Images on the NC Map
We are working to add a field to the NC Map component so that you can easily upload an image for each county. There are still some bugs to work out, so we are working to resolve them before this update releases, but we want you to know that it is under way. If you don't want to wait, you can use HTML to achieve a similar effect.
