Contact Card

A component to provide the contact information for an individual or entity.

A Contact Card allows you to easily provide the name, phone number, address, and a website URL with icons to your page. 

How to Create a Contact Card

    Insert a Contact Card

    Contact Cards can also be placed on other Content Types. For example, a Contact may be placed within the First Sidebar or Second Sidebar of a Tabs/Accordion component on the How-To Content Type. The interface differs, but the steps are similar.

    • Select the desired Sidebar.
    • Select the caret to expand the menu options.
    • Choose the Add Contact paragraph component.

    Complete Fields

    Complete all required(*) and desired fields:

    • Contact Card Title - Example: Digital Commons Website Support
    • Title Heading Level - Select a Heading Level for the Contact Card component. The default value is h3. Options include: None, h2, h3, h4, and h5. Learn about heading levels for digital accessibility.
    • Contact Name - Example: Digital Solutions
    • Contact Email - Example: digital.solutions@nc.gov
    • Contact Phone - Example: 919-754-6000
    • Website URL & Link Text - Example: About Digital Commons Websites
    • Country -
      • None - Keep the default setting "None" if you do not wish to provide a street address that syncs with Google Maps.
      • Country - Select "United States" if you wish to provide a street address that syncs with Google Maps. Example: 3700 Wake Forest Road, Raleigh, NC, 27609
    • Additional Info - Example: Help is available from 8 AM to 5 PM on weekdays.
