How to Create a Contact Card

Insert a Contact Card
- On Landing Pages or Site Pages, first insert a Band.
- Select the Add Component button.
- Select Contact from the Choose Component dialogue box.
Contact Cards can also be placed on other Content Types. For example, a Contact may be placed within the First Sidebar or Second Sidebar of a Tabs/Accordion component on the How-To Content Type. The interface differs, but the steps are similar.
- Select the desired Sidebar.
- Select the caret to expand the menu options.
- Choose the Add Contact paragraph component.

Complete Fields
Complete all required(*) and desired fields:
- Contact Card Title - Example: Digital Commons Website Support
- Title Heading Level - Select a Heading Level for the Contact Card component. The default value is h3. Options include: None, h2, h3, h4, and h5. Learn about heading levels for digital accessibility.
- Contact Name - Example: Digital Solutions
- Contact Email - Example: digital.solutions@nc.gov
- Contact Phone - Example: 919-754-6000
- Website URL & Link Text - Example: About Digital Commons Websites
- Country -
- None - Keep the default setting "None" if you do not wish to provide a street address that syncs with Google Maps.
- Country - Select "United States" if you wish to provide a street address that syncs with Google Maps. Example: 3700 Wake Forest Road, Raleigh, NC, 27609
- Additional Info - Example: Help is available from 8 AM to 5 PM on weekdays.
