Digital Services Team Members

As Digital Services Manager, Elena works closely with the Web Application Development Manager to improve the Digital Commons platform for customers. Her team supports the platform, its users, and related tools and services.

New customers are in great hands with Liz as their guide for onboarding. She managed the NC Parks website before becoming a trainer for our platform. Now a Senior Digital Strategist, Liz knows our platform and how to present content to your audience.

New customers are in great hands with Justin as their Digital Strategist for onboarding. He managed the NC Administrative Office of the Courts website before managing NC.gov for our team. Justin also handles analytics and leads user acceptance testing.

Phoebe is the administrator of our website quality monitoring tool. She provides access to the tool and helps users understand how to use it for improving the quality of their website content and structure. She also conducts website usability testing.

Dawain spends time with both Digital Solutions units. On the Web Application Development team, he improves code for Digital Commons. On the Digital Services team, Dawain builds custom views, custom webforms, and provides training on how to do both.

Jennifer trains new users on the Digital Commons platform basics. She designs e-learning modules, makes videos, leads training classes, and writes how-to help for the support website. She also collects feedback from the user community and tests features.
